Refund Policy

These terms apply only to orders placed in Ukraine.
For orders in other countries, please see the “Public Offer” section

🔘SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 1-10 business days
(Weekend days - Fri, Sun)
We work directly with manufacturers and they are the ones who ship the goods, so we cannot provide an exact delivery time.
Usually, shipping is carried out within 3 business days, if the item is very popular - up to 10.
🔘EXCHANGE/RETURN
The item must be checked at the post office, if it arrives defective, in the wrong color/size, or something is missing - take photos and refuse the package. In this case, we will replace everything at our expense
Exchanges/returns are available for items except underwear, custom-made items, corsets, swimwear
The item must be in its original condition with the tag and packaging. It must not contain any signs of use (deodorant, foundation, etc.), hair, or foreign odors.

An exchange or return is possible within 3 days
🔘PAYMENT
We work with a deposit✔️
The remaining amount is paid upon delivery at the post office
Items that are shipped with full payment or a 50% prepayment:
- white items,
- dresses/sets with corsets,
- custom-made items
If you return an item, the deposit covers transportation costs and order processing and is non-refundable. With full payment - the amount is refunded minus the deposit
After placing an order and transferring it to the manufacturer, changes/cancellation of the order are not possible if all conditions on our side are fulfilled
Cancellation/refund is possible if the deadlines are not met
🔘PRODUCT AVAILABILITY ON THE WEBSITE
The website features the entire assortment of manufacturers, it may happen that an item is out of stock/has stopped being produced. After placing an order, we will inform you if the item is unavailable and refund your payment
