Refund Policy

🔘 SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 1–10 business days.
(Days off: Friday and Sunday)

We work directly with manufacturers, and they are responsible for shipping the products. Therefore, we cannot provide an exact delivery date.

Usually, orders are shipped within 3 business days. If an item is highly popular, processing and shipping may take up to 10 business days.

🔘 EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Please inspect your order at the post office upon receipt. If you receive a defective item, the wrong color or size, or if anything is missing, take photos and refuse the parcel. In such cases, we will replace the item at our expense.

Exchanges and returns are available for all products except:

  • Underwear

  • Custom-made items

  • Corsets

  • Swimwear

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. They must not show any signs of use (deodorant marks, makeup stains, etc.), pet hair, or any foreign odors.

Exchanges or returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.

🔘 PAYMENT

We operate with a deposit system ✔️

The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.

The following items require full payment or a 50% prepayment:

  • White-colored items

  • Dresses and sets with corsets

  • Custom-made products

If you return an item, the deposit covers transportation costs and is non-refundable.

For fully prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be reduced by the deposit amount.

Once an order has been placed and forwarded to the manufacturer, changes or cancellations are not possible if all agreed conditions are being fulfilled on our side.

Order cancellation and refunds are possible only if the stated processing or delivery deadlines are not met.

🔘 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our website displays the full assortment offered by our manufacturers. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock or no longer in production.

After you place your order, we will inform you if an item is unavailable and provide a full refund if necessary.
