    1. Definitions

    "User" means an individual visiting the Website who accepts these Terms and wishes to place an Order.

    "Buyer" means a User who places an Order through the Website to purchase Products.

    The Seller is not registered as a VAT payer in Ukraine.

    Products are supplied from various warehouses located within Ukraine.

    "Product" means clothing, footwear, underwear, accessories, and other goods available for purchase through the Website.

    "Order" means a request submitted by the Buyer through the Website to purchase Products and arrange delivery.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using this Website, placing an Order, or purchasing Products, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    If the User disagrees with any provision of these Terms, the User must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

    The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Website.

    1. Product Information

    The Seller makes every effort to ensure that Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and prices are accurate.

    However:

    • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual Product.
    • Colors may vary depending on screen settings and device displays.
    • Product descriptions may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.

    The Seller reserves the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

    1. Product Availability

    All Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.

    In the event that a Product becomes unavailable after an Order has been placed, the Seller may:

    • Remove the unavailable Product from the Order; or
    • Cancel the Order and issue a refund.

    The Buyer will be informed by email or telephone.

    1. Orders

    After placing an Order, the Buyer will receive confirmation of receipt.

    Order confirmation does not guarantee Product availability and does not constitute final acceptance of the Order.

    The Seller may contact the Buyer to verify Order details before processing.

    The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order in cases including but not limited to:

    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspected fraud
    • Incomplete or inaccurate Buyer information

    1. Pricing and Payment

    All prices are displayed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

    Prices do not include VAT, as the Seller is not a VAT payer.

    The total amount payable consists of the Product price and any applicable delivery charges.

    The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, confirmed Orders remain subject to the price displayed at the time of purchase.

    Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

    1. Delivery

    Orders are shipped within the estimated processing period indicated on the Website.

    Delivery is provided by third-party postal and courier services, including but not limited to:

    • Nova Poshta
    • Ukrposhta

    Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

    • Public holidays
    • Weather conditions
    • Customs procedures
    • Transportation disruptions
    • Other circumstances beyond the Seller's control

    The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of the shipment.

    The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

    1. International Orders

    Products shipped outside Ukraine may be subject to:

    • Import duties
    • Customs fees
    • VAT
    • Local taxes
    • Import restrictions

    Such charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

    The Seller cannot predict, calculate, reimburse, or assume responsibility for such charges.

    1. Inspection Upon Delivery

    The Buyer must inspect the Product immediately upon receipt.

    If the Buyer discovers:

    • Damage
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Missing items
    • Incorrect Product, size, or color

    the Buyer must document the issue and contact the Seller as soon as possible.

    1. Returns and Exchanges

    Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the Seller's return policy.

    Returned Products must:

    • Be unused
    • Retain all original tags
    • Be returned in original packaging
    • Be free from odors, stains, pet hair, and signs of wear

    Certain Products may be excluded from return or exchange due to hygiene or customization reasons.

    1. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Delays caused by third-party carriers
    • Service interruptions
    • Events beyond the Seller's reasonable control

    The Seller's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant Order.

    1. Privacy

    By placing an Order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data necessary for:

    • Order fulfillment
    • Customer support
    • Delivery services
    • Legal compliance

    The Seller may contact the Buyer regarding Order updates, promotions, and service-related notifications in accordance with applicable law.

    1. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

    Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
